OLDER. LOUDER. STILL CURIOUS.

A lot more to say.

Growing older?
Still growing.

Used to break the rules.
Now he explains them.
At length.

In Korea, kkondae describes someone who lectures, clings to old ways, and assumes they are always right. KKONTHAT starts with a question: is that really about age?

This is a world for people who have worked, failed, learned, and kept going. The generation gap is real. But understanding each other is still possible.

BOOMER?

Good intentions.
Bad timing.

Mr. K leads the marketing team at a small design company. He studies new things, stays late, gives advice, and organizes team dinners. He thinks he is helping.

Then he overhears his younger teammates calling him a “boomer”. Surely they mean somebody else?

He starts looking around: at his colleagues, his bosses, his friends, even the children at the office daycare. Maybe being stuck in your ways has less to do with your birthday than he thought.

Rap lyrics, streetwear, and a skateboard. The knees have questions.

TYPE
+ FACE
= KKONTHAT.

A face made of words. A personality you can read. Each character’s typography says something about who they are.

Put the characters together and their words become visual jokes, unexpected meanings, and new stories. The idea can travel across alphabets, symbols, and languages.

Trying very hard.
Maybe a little too hard.

Curious, practical, and easily hurt beneath the confidence. Mr. K loves being trusted, collects planners, and somehow turns every project into another late night. Talkative at work; happiest with a little time alone.
